Where to begin, I wanted to host a fine dining experience for my Samdhi Samdhan from Mumbai. All I can say is if it wasn’t for you, Chef Nandini Singh, my dream would not have come true. Together we crafted the perfect menu catered individually for vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates. We had a 9-course dinner that rivaled a top restaurant in Mumbai.

From the very start, my family were amazed — even asking for seconds and thirds of the amuse bouche. First impressions are lasting impressions Your dishes were a work of art and the upma waffle with masala khatal or chicken was the perfect combination of flavors and textures. I cannot thank you enough for such a delicious, mind-blowing dinner! And to complete this unforgettable culinary experience, you had servers and staff to clean my kitchen entirely. Every moment was memorable to this day. Thank you soooooooo much for making my vision come to life.
