With 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, I am proud to have come a long way from my conservative upbringing in a small town in Bihar, India. Working alongside celebrity chefs has allowed me to hone my skills and bring a unique perspective to the table. My educational background in business and finance has also been instrumental in my approach to culinary and hospitality. As the founder and head chef, beyond the kitchen, I’m deeply committed to championing women in the culinary world and advocating for sustainable food practices. It’s not just about crafting exceptional dishes; it’s about fostering a community where talent knows no gender and where every bite supports a more sustainable future.
